My interview process with Kortext was frustrating due to repeated cancellations and a lack of communication. In total, interviewer canceled 4 scheduled interviews. In two of those cases, I received cancellation 5 minutes before the interview which left me waiting online at 6pm and 9pm for interviews that never took place. The recruiter also did not respond to my follow-up messages or propose any new times for rescheduling. It was lack of organization and consideration for candidates time.
Sent in an application, got emailed almost immediately for an interview, had the interview rescheduled at the last minute, then got stood-up by HR - they never showed up, and didn't respond to any emails. Had to email multiple times to get a response, they didn't like my availability, so the rescheduled again, then 9 minutes before the call cancelled because the time they picked suddenly didn't work for them. I withdrew my application.

The only thing they kept asking me was when I was available to talk to them, but they continuously stood me up or cancelled at the last minute.

Interview
Was messaged by the HR on Linkedin, talked to them on the phone, schedule a phone interview with their Director of technolgoy, and nothing happened after that. Communicating to the people they reached out to, people that gave their consideration to the company, would be a decent and humane thing to do.
