Went to coffee with a market leader for about 45 minutes Then was set up on three zoom calls with managing consultants The zoom calls we’re about 30 minutes each Very conversational ..
Met a few partners virtually, pretty straightforward process to understand your interest level, ability to learn, and communication skills followed by their KF4D assessment. Overall took less than 2 months from beginning to end.

Interview
First meeting, introduced through recruiter - was a zoom meeting to go more into CV and background.
Good interview, fairly standard questions - not much to prepare for other than being able to walk through details of CV
Met with head of delivery followed by the partner and a number of delivery experts over a period of 2 months. Phone Interview followed by in-person interview followed by half day interview with other associates and principals across the practice.
