Interview
Nunca tuve seguimiento. Se retrasaban en las fechas. Informalidad. Se ve que tienen mucho desorden dentro y que su proceso de selección tiene muchas fallas, es irónico pues a eso se dedican. Sospecho que no hay gente/ empleados que se encarguen de el reclutamiento para su propia empresa. Fue una muy mala experiencia y perdí mi tiempo.

2)Behavioural with role-centric questions (45 minutes)
3)Interview with Senior Client Partner (1 hour)
In each stage of the process, I was able to ask questions to the interviewer and gauge if i'd like the role/company

Why would you like to work at Korn Ferry in the ____ team?
Nice interviewer, but they ghosted me, very unprofessional post interview - understandable before interview but not after, even after telling me I performed excellently. Safe to say I will not be recommending Korn Ferry as a company to work for.
