Interview
I heard about the position through a former co-worker. I was an internal referral. The application process was just me sending in my resume. I received a call to schedule the interview for the same week. Interviewed that day with someone from HR, then the hiring manager joined the interview. Very comfortable and laid back interview process. I was then given a tour where I met everyone in the office and had a quick meet and greet with the President. I received a call that same day to return to fill out HR paperwork and was hired.

Interview
One-on-one interviews with VP of department, CFO, and CEO followed by same day drug screening. Very informal interview style with mostly sit down and chat type interviews. The company cares more about hiring "good" people than competent people.
