I was contacted ~2 months after submitting my application online for a phone interview. I was primarily asked to elaborate on the experiences in my resume and then asked some questions about UX and my desired salary.

Question 1
Explain what UX is as though you were telling a 5 year old.
First you have to fill out an online application with a cover letter, and then someone from HR will reach out to you for an initial screening interview. From there, you speak to other members of the team.

Interview
Three rounds, two behavioral one case interview. Overall process takes a long time, the case study takes 3 hours to complete and an hour for the presentation. All interviews are done in their downtown office.

Interview
Went to interview for the position in Toronto. A majority of the interview wasn't spent on my experience, but rather on random questions. I was told I'd hear back within a week, but I've never heard back. A simple email saying I was not selected for the next round would have been appreciated.
