Kolab Digital interview questions

First Interview Face to face interview, which was average. 2 people in the room, 1 was bubbly and conversational, the other was dull and lost. Second interview: 3 day working interview. I worked in the office for 3 days and it was boring. Absolutely boring. The office was dingy, no one bothered to make conversation with me and no one ever spoke. I was sat next to the dull person from my interview so you can imagine how that went. So during the 3 day interview they didn’t take the opportunity to challenge me, ask me questions, give me problems to solve. Instead I was just given very minor admin work that they didn’t want to do... e.g. they have a client and they needed to promote their product, (building complex with homes for families) so I had to find out what interesting things are in the area and list them. My social media skills were never tested or put to use.
