Interview
Three rounds of interview: 1. Video Interview (30 mins) 2. Written Test (1.5 hours) - Weird test. The interviewer shares their screen and asks you to write answers on the shared screen. Technically its not very comfortable for the candidate. 3. final round , video interview with another panel. Overall, the interview process is very slow and boring. They don't even select anyone.

explain process in current company, CSM tools, how to start writing document, knowledge of diagrams and CAD tools, illustrations. Written test has very boring questions as well.
