group interview with about six other applicants. The interviewer would ask a question and select someone to start and from their each person would go around in a circle answering the questions. After each person filled out paper work regarding their availability. I received a call back the following week being offered the position and I accepted. Overall the interview process was average because i researched in advance how Kohl's conducted their interviews to prepare in advance.

Not too hard.Very friendly.Interview lasted about 25 mns.They asked me about my background,and few behavioral questions.Manager was very sympathetic and nice.It was a one round phone interview and the hiring process was fast.It was a part time job
Sit down with the manager. Asked basic questions and name time about various situations. Also, wanted to see your experience. Seemed like they like older people, and want more experience.
