Very brief and uninformative, to much talk about Store Manager by the Store Manager. Very unorganized, no administrative assistant to process paperwork, interview space was to small for group interview. Store Manager paid no attention to what was going on during interview

Quick and Brief Interviewing store manager did not have much time. We discussed my past experience and he gave me a general description of the job and what tasked i would be performing . I had a second interview with my direct supervisor to further evaluate my compatibility with the team.

Initial hiring was done through group interview, then I was brought back for two more one on one interviews. Basically the same questions in any retail job. Describe your leadership style, example of time you went above and beyond call of duty, have you ever been recognized for your accomplishments
