I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kohl's (Menomonee Falls, WI) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview the a corporate position was conducted by 3 people on the same day. The biggest benefit of getting all of the interviews out of the way was that the process did not drag out for several days like it sometimes does with other organizations. The biggest issue with this, though, is that by the time the 3rd interview rolls around you're too tired to truly be engaged in it

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kohl's (Milwaukee, WI) in Mar 2016
Interview
The interview process was a great experience! Kohl's reimbursed for transportation, and paid for hotel accommodations in Milwaukee the night before. They also left a welcome package in the room! Overall it was a great experience. It was a little intimidating with everyone in one room, and the breakout interviews after but everyone was very welcoming. They were just as eager to tell you about Kohls as was to learn about you.
