Interview
Group interview. Asked 1 question to each applicant. Questions asked included : What would you do if you saw a co-worker stealing? How do you feel about offering credit cards? What does exceptional customer service mean to you?
Very impersonal. Enough for management to determine if a candidate is articulate but not much else.

What would you do if you saw a co-worker stealing?
Pretty good, for seasonal. They asked basic questions. But also be sure to have questions of your own. Do research of the company before hand is always a good rule of thumb.
I had a Phone interview and was hired on the spot. Super relaxed interview process. No drug testing, but i think that’s normal for retail not to drug test. Started almost a week later.

A video call interview through zoom that lasts roughly 15 minutes, and then a decision within 3 to 4 business days. This was for a seasonal position for the Christmas rush, so the process might be difficult for a long term position.
