The actual interview was fairly simple, they didn't ask any questions out of the ordinary. Typical from Kohl's, my interview was in a group. Specifically of 7 individuals. After we went over the hour in our interview, there was another group of about 10 waiting to go in. So, when there is a few positions open Kohl's will mass interview from what I saw. What I recommend is to personalize all the questions they ask to something you can apply to the position you're applying for. Try to shift the answer towards "good customer service" That's something that they look for in their applicant answers.
