Interview
The initial interview is generally a group interview. At the end of this interview they may ask you to come back for a second interview, or they will offer you a position and want you to take a drug test.
It was easy and simple. Only 1 round and then offer sent through email. Should we easy to answer questions if you look into the company. Not hard at all

Interview
This is a group interview with about 5-6 people also being interviewed. There is usually 2 people interviewing the group. It is just one round of interviewing. Could be a little intimating if you haven't done an interview before

How do help a customer if you don't know the answer?
The interview process was very easy and smooth. Mostly behavioral questions about how I handle customers and difficult situations. The overall experience was great and was on the easier side of the previous interviews I had done prior.
