Interview
The interview was very brief. The manager was so nice and asked personal and situational questions. The interview took 20 minutes and I got an email to schedule an orientation date a few days later.

Question 1
What would you do if you are helping a customer and then another customer asks for your help at the same time?
It was simple and quick to get to know you. They asked why you’re interested and if you have customer experience. He offered me the job verbally after the interview but I never saw it come. A few days letter I got a letter saying I wasn’t selected. I’m not petty type or mad but please don’t do prematurely offer someone a job when you just started interviewing and you still have 8 other interviews after.

Interview
Responded quickly to set up a video interview. The interviewer was very friendly and easy to talk to. Seems like they were really looking for good personality types to fit with their emphasis on good customer service.
Goes over simple things like hobbies, skills, and weaknesses. They let you ask questions, and ask about past jobs and why you left. Overall it is an easy interview to sit through.
