It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Kohl's (Kansas City, MO) in Oct 2017
Interview
Interview with one other person, they bounced questions back and forth off of the two of us, described the job, let us. Know the pay basically said great we’ll be in touch

Question 1
Tell me about an encounter you’ve had with a difficult customer and how you handled it
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
