I applied online and was interviewed at Kohls. It was a one on one type of interview no group thank goodness đ it was a quick interview 10 to 15 minutes she only asked me like 5 questions and she was very nice. I was so nervous at first but she made me more relaxed knowing she was layed back.

Did I have any good or bad experience with a customer?
Fairly easy interview with standard questions about experience and availability. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. I was surprised to learn of evening availability requirements that were not reflected in the availability I submitted on my application.
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
The interview process was pretty straightforward, virtual interview a week after applying. Didn't have many issues or anything confusing. I did ended up working there. Managers were ok but pay was pretty low.
