Interview
Got an email the day after I applied stating they were interested in me. Scheduled interview over the email for a couple days later. Went into the interview and they asked me the questions below and a few more. (About availability and if I was comfortable selling credit cards) since I worked at a major department store before and had experience with customers, retail, selling credit, and freight truck, they hired me on the spot. Sent in my background check information and it took a few days for them to email me about orientation date. You get to set up your orientation date yourself. Whole process took about a week and a half - two weeks between me applying and my first day.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How would you react if you were helping a customer and another customer came up and asked for help?
It was a pretty standard interview with situational questions and they explained the job duties. They also took me around the store to show me around and introduce me to everyone.
Pretty straight forward, the interview was like any other for any clothing company. Pretty quick, from call to being on the job took 1-2 weeks minimum. Though pay wasn’t that great, it was still a good learning experience.

Question 1
If a customer asked for a location of a product what will you do
Very easy! They asked about my experience and ask me a few behavioral questions and then discuss about the role. The manager was really nice and really enjoyed it as a first job!
