They found my resume on online, called for interview, 8 different person (HR, Manager, Lead, Senior, Peers) interviewed 1:1 for more than 4 hours in two different days. Questions were general and some technical questions as well. Interview went pretty good.

Interview
They came to my school via a career fair, and I was contacted shortly thereafter informing me about the interview and about a pre-interview dinner for the night prior. During the dinner, we moved as a group around the tables to where the Kohl's employees were seated. They seemed friendly and helpful, answering our questions.
Then, the next day was the interview. It was a very stereotypical interview, and it was behavioral-based.
Three weeks later I got the decision. No.
