Kodiak Solutions interview questions

The interview took place over a 20-minute phone call that consisted of basic interview questions that pertained to the company. Questions like tell me about yourself, and how do I represent the values at this company. They also asked why I was interested in the healthcare industry which is what they specialize in.

I was reached out through Linkedin. I had a first screening with HR then had an interview with a consultant and a 3rd with my peers. I believe the interview went well. After a week I reached out to find out the status of my candidacy. After a week and a couple of emails and phone calls I finally received a response that they hired someone else. No other explanation.
