Interview
Recruited at the university career office. The initial interview consisted mostly of behavioral questions. It was was followed by second interview in Wichita which was more specific to the company and Koch's business philosophy. We were reimbursed for travel expenses. Mostaly behavior-based questions regarding various work-related scenarios. Emphasis on Koch's philosophy. It was difficult to finish reading and be able to converse about the Koch book as the interviews were held during midterms.

Interview
It was a really comprehensive recruitment process. Sometimes, I had to answer similar questions, but that's what made it more precise. Also, the HR department and other managers are very enthusiastic about the process.
Orientation followed by a test which was easy , questions from computer science and from aptitude also after that interview was in the company office and after 3 days the selected candidate list came out

About projects and general questions about your attitude towards others
It was a simple process, met with the hiring manager and a few people from the group I would be working with. The interview was virtual and lasted about an hour.
