I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Koch (Wichita, KS)
Interview
The interview process was long and not very technical. Most of the questions were situational with a focus on perspectives. The company seems to have a sincere interest in the development of human resources.

Question 1
The same questions were asked by all the interviewers (Very repetitive) and exhausting.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Koch (Kansas City, KS) in Feb 2013
Interview
Fly in to Kansas, long scheduled day with hiring manager, team, and other resources, including HR. They were honest with regards to retention issues within the I.T. departments/teams. The salary was not competitive but, the benefits and relocation packages was. There's a process that followed and consistently repeated with every interviewer.
