Interview process was great, everyone makes you feel very comfortable and adhere's to the KB4 culture. There were 3-4 steps during the interview process and each person I met with was very informative and down to earth.
Interview process was very clearly laid out on initial conversation with recruiting. They were great about every single step. Thoroughly enjoyed this process and felt that each person I connected with helped immensely.

Interview
I had 3 round interviews with this company. I was interviewed by Isabel, Tonie, Julia and lastly my [current manager and CHRO] Erika. The process was SUPER smooth, they helped me feel welcomed and i have never felt so comfortable and excited to join a company. Great people, beautiful company, with a strong purpose. Would recommend to any and everyone!
