Recruiter was extremely personable and worked with me to facilitate interviews based on my schedule and availability. After initial phone interview, was scheduled for a zoom interview the following week. Initial zoom interview with direct supervisor went very well. Recruiter followed up the same day and scheduled me a second interview that week with executive suite members. Immediately following second interview recruiter contacted me for third and final interview with direct supervisor to go over changes to the position based on my qualifications and experience. Following third interview, recruiter followed up with me daily to tell me where the team was in the recruitment process. Offer was made 22 days after I initially applied, 16 days after initial phone screening, and 9 days after initial zoom interview. Recruiting team was extremely communicative, very open with their process, and very enthusiastic. Pay and benefits were mentioned and discussed with no reservations. Director supervisor and executive suite members were very transparent about their organization. Felt very comfortable asking my questions and answering theirs.
