I've never interviewed with a company who was so efficient with their process. It moved quickly so there was no waiting around. You will likely know within the first few weeks after the initial interview.
Round 1 - qualifying with recruitment team Round 2 - management team where you'll do a few role-playing scenarios Couple days later you'll get an offer or denial email. All this takes about 2 weeks.

Interview
What an amazing process! I experienced a three step process. The first was a short phone interview that gave me a lot of wonderful information about the company as well as the position that I applied for. I provided information about my professional background and had plenty of opportunities to ask questions. The second portion was a 3 part test conducted online which measured aptitude, IQ as well as personality. The last portion was a Zoom interview with a hiring and department manager. The interview was comfortable and easy going. The staff members were friendly, professional and thorough. Overall this has been a great interview process which demonstrated that this company does in fact have the positive culture that they are so well known for. It is apparent by the hiring process alone that this company cares about creating a cohesive team, is efficient as well as knowledgeable and professional.
