Not enough positive things can be said about my interview with KnowBe4. Compared to other companies, it was a swift and decisive process. My recruiter, Isabel, was professional, timely, and seemed like she really cared about getting me in the door. I initially applied for a different role. I received an email about 3 days after applying to set up a phone interview. Did the phone call about 3 days after that email. 2 days later, I got another email that they wanted to move forward and we set up a time for a Zoom call 5 days later. It was a Zoom call that included a Google Sheets Admin Exercise which was great. Isabel let me know that I had passed and she would give my results to whomever would be making the hiring choices. A few days passed and Isabel called me to let me know the hiring manager went elsewhere for that position, but she still felt I was a great fit for the company, so she decided to set me up with a video interview with Savanna for the CSM Admin role. It was a quick turnaround as we did this interview the next day. It went great and I was called shortly after saying they wanted to move forward and just needed a reference check. My references let me know they had called. This was on Friday so I knew anything else would come after the long weekend. Isabel called me early Tuesday morning to let me know I was hired and the offer letter and benefits information was sent shortly after! I’ve never had a company work so diligently to bring me on board and I feel so grateful for it. I will definitely be giving KnowBe4 more than 100% effort and make sure I don’t let them down!
