Initial phone screen that asked basic questions. After that, I was flown to location and stayed at a hotel which held other applicants. We were given a tour of the city and then underwent a series of interview (3) with 2-person interview teams. I had an offer two weeks later. Position required a DOE security clearance. I had to wait 9 months after my offer before I got the clearance
