The process begins when you submit an application through the company's website. Your application is initially screened for relevant experience and education. If successful then you will receive an invite for a face to face interview. Following the interview, you will then receive the outcome, where you can choose to accept and get an official offer.

What are some characteristics about you which will benefit the company/team you'll be working with?

Interview
It was a group-style interview which lasted half a day. There was a case-study where we had to work together as a team to resolve some issues that arose on site. The idea was to see how candidates would work together, which candidates took a leadership approach which candidates were able to encourage others to contribute etc.

Two stage, first informal getting to know you then second more competency based. Real focus on the values of the interviewee as being as important as the skills to do the role. They really value leaders
