Interview
The first step was the outreach, the CEO of Knight Tron contacted me after I replied to an ad on Craigs list about 6 months ago. Then initial interview was a call screening with him and the Art Director, they wanted to know how long I been designing, how many classes I took at school, and also requested to see my portfolio as any development studio would. From there was a face to face interview at a restaurant, and they explained more about the company's history and what their goals are for the future.

They were sure to drill me on certain art scenarios, but I wasn't truly ready for a question like this. They ask If someone was to critique your work, how would I take it. And also what methods I would use to either defend or improve my work next time.
