The interview process was good and straightforward. It felt natural and comfortable, with fair questions focused on my experience. The atmosphere was professional yet relaxed, not designed to catch anyone out.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked basic, relevant questions such as why I was interested in the role, my previous experience, how I handle challenges, my strengths, teamwork skills, and what motivates me professionally.
I applied online. I interviewed at Kneat Solutions in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview process lacked structure and clear communication. Interviewers appeared unprepared and were unable to clearly articulate the role’s expectations or what skills they were seeking. While the position itself sounded interesting on paper, the role appears better suited for early-career candidates. Applicants with more than 3 years of engineering experience may find the scope misaligned with their background and may want to consider other opportunities before applying.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you walk through your professional background and explain how your experience would translate to supporting customers and internal teams?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Kneat Solutions (Limerick, Limerick) in Jun 2019
Interview
I have been asked about my experience and mostly the questions were related to technologies.
I would not recommend that company due to they hire some staff with no related experience on the positions which require so. At least I've got the answer from the recruiter after 6 weeks that I have no experience, at the same time it looks funny, cause they hire people who dont know at all the technologies (100% sure about that, cause know who works there). Also seems to me they demonstrate discrimination behavior against candidates (of course nobody says that directly to you, but it is obvious), so be careful with that.
