I applied online and was contacted by the third party recruiter. The recruiter at HR Collaborative was immensely helpful, candid, and communicative. After some conversations and a phone interview with them, I went in for 3 hours of interviews in person with panels and the hiring manager. It went well, even though the employees seemed a little burnt out and lost. Everyone seemed to really care and engaged with me in the interview. But afterwards, management kept promising to get in touch for next steps and gave dates when they would decide. Those dates came and went for about 3 weeks before they decided that they actually didn't know what they wanted, and decided to pause on hiring for the role. It was a huge waste of my time.
