They sit you down with one person and go over your resume. It is very chill. Do not worry about the interview. It is really just to make sure there is nothing majorly wrong with you. If you are a pretty normal human being, then you will likely be able to get and do the job very well. Make sure that you are nice in the interview obviously. You have to do a drug test if you accept within 48 hours of the interview
