The hiring process was simple, starting with an aptitude test, consisting of 20 questions for Logical/Quant/Verbal section, and 40 technical questions. Logical/Quant/Verbal section was very easy, and technical section was of medium difficulty.
After clearing aptitude, we were called for interview at the Mihan office in nagpur.
For some reason the interviewer felt like he did not want to select candidates, instead wanted to reject most of them.
Only questions asked were about programming language, in my case, Java.
