I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Klingit
Interview
1 stage - Video call with recruiter
2 stage - Design case
3 stage - Team lead/Manager Call
The design case was by far the hardest and most time consuming part. It took me full 2 workdays to complete it. They gave you 2 personas and asked you to design 4 wireframes, 2 high fidelity views, for essentially 2 different apps (1) for each persona) with also providing affinity mapping and user journeys and all that - showing why you did what you did. That was way too unreasonably big of a task for a case study, hence it hits harder in the end after not landing an offer and feels like a big waste of time unfortunately. Otherwise people interviewing were very nice.
Additionaly it was very stressful to wait for results of next stage, because results were late, keeping me on the edge all 4 weeks of recruitment.
