First you take a SEO quiz.
Then you jump on a interview with a recruiter.
Then they have you take a personality test and a SEO skills test.
Lastly you have an interview with somebody on the SEO team.

I've had two first and second-round interviews and they would never follow up, even after emailing them about it. It seems like there is a disconnect between the recruiters and technical hiring managers.
