A recruiter wanted to interview me for this role. After setting up time with that recruiter, they did not show up for the interview and did not respond to any of my follow-ups. Highly unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Klaviyo (Boston, MA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Phone interview - fine and standard
Zoom interview with technical questions focused on statistics and probability - the interviewer was less than enthused to be there and/or he had the classic New England sullenness. Friendly when pointing out mistakes and things I could have done better with the coding and probability questions.
When I emailed Klaviyo two days after that Zoom interview that I had gotten an offer that I needed to respond to and double checking that they were not planning on making me an offer or request a 3rd+ interview by the other company's deadline I didn't get a response.
