Interview
Two rounds of telephone interview. First round with recruiter. Second round with hiring manager. Each round had assignment. First round was coding assignment. Second round was Product critique. The on-site interview was 6 hours long. With director of product management, vp engineering, CEO, vp people ops, software engineers, and account manager. Interview was pretty intensive and rigorous.
Interview scheduling was swift, with initial Recruiter call being pleasant. When meeting with the Hiring Manager, was pressed on how much work I did versus the team I was on. There were specific questions related to the role and projects, and a brief overview of the company and team.

Interview
The interview started with some small talk to build rapport. Then they asked me questions about my background and past projects. They also shared details about the position responsibilities, expectations, and their team structure. Overall, it felt more like an introductory screening than a deep technical interview.
