Serie di colloqui senza capo nè coda dove parlavano solo loro e non c'era mai spazio per fare domande (chissà perchè), con referenti diversi rispetto a quelli indicati da HR. Serie di colloqui ravvicinati 'perchè abbiamo fretta', business case da concludere e inviare in 3 giorni, poi spariti nel nulla. Inviata mail per chiedere aggiornamenti e zero risposta. Il tempo di chi effettua colloqui ha un valore, evidentemente non per loro. Da evitare assolutamente

Initial interview with recruiter went very well and got the impression that I’d be moving onto more interviews.
Took the required logic test and day laters received the automated/generic “we’ve decided to move onto another candidate” email. No customization/personalization/context into the decision that they made. Can’t help but feel like something as strange as a logic test kept me from moving forward.
