Then once you receive an email from HR saying they are going to video interview you in a first round, you need to complete the same online test again, but on video with another person in HR. Then there is a case-study assignment not related to the role at all in the next stage. You are given the scenario in the interview for the first time, and need to draft your plan and present. No feedback was given for the decline as to why I did not move on. Case-study felt very subjective and it was not clear why it was conducted.
