Once in the process it's been a pretty smooth one with great availability and follow ups of the recruiter. Doing the logic twice and for a long time not knowing which specific role they are considering for you is ennoying though.

Which person is the most inspiring to you and why?
Das Vorstellungsgespräch beginnt mit einer Selbstvorstellung, gefolgt von Fragen zu Erfahrungen, Fähigkeiten und Motivation. Anschließend werden Fachfragen gestellt und der Bewerber präsentiert eine Fallstudie. Am Ende erfolgt Raum für Rückfragen.
The whole interview process was clear and structured. Every step felt more like a two-way conversation which made you feel very comfortable, very rare for companies that size. Overall, the process took one month and was very enjoyable.
