I received an e-mail saying my profile was interesting, and a link to a logical test. Then was informed I successfully passed the test, and asking questions about my visa status, to which I replied clearly, that my visa allows me to live and work in Sweden. Then got another e-mail asking to see a copy of my visa application process, which is weird, since: 1- It is done online, no copy is available. 2-Even if I had a copy, this would include a lot of personal info, not work related, about myself and other people. Not sure if they heard about GDPR...
I sent a copy of my passport as requested and informed I did not have a copy of the visa application, but could send a copy of my residence card instead.
After that, quicker than any other email, I got an answer that I would not continue in the process . Since it was pretty clear that they had some problem with my resident condition, I asked what was the problem to preventing it happening in the future, but just got a vague answer that they found other applicants more qualified, even though the position still open.
I found it very weird to ask for all this personal info even before an interview, moreover, the total lack of respect to explain what could possibly be wrong with my resident visa, since I clearly would not need any support from the company on visa issues or anything related.
