I applied directly through their website. A few days later, I received an email invitation to complete their Kattis skills test (probably automated since apparently everyone must go through this step). It's a test based on patterns and sequences (visual). Following that, a recruiter reached out about 2 weeks later. I had a 30-minute phone screen with a recruiter. The recruiter was friendly and professional. No curve-ball type of questions which I appreciated. Although I would have wanted to know about my results from the Kattis test I completed - you need to "pass" this in order to make it to the phone screen.
The recruiter informed me during the phone screen that they would make a decision in 2 days on which candidates to move onto the next round with. Overall, I appreciate that the process is quite fast, compared to other large organizations which often take 4 weeks or more.
Hope this helps and good luck to anyone interviewing!
