The overall interview process at Klarna was quite positive. The HR was very friendly and easy to communicate with, and the HR manager was also extremely professional and approachable, which made the conversations feel smooth and low-pressure. That said, the process does involve quite a few rounds—typically six to seven interviews in total, including the initial screening, manager interviews, and various follow-ups. It’s well-structured, but definitely a bit lengthy. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, just with more rounds than I expected.
