I had an scholarship interview at uni, and they asked me about non-technical questions like how you like living in New Zealand because I am an international student. The interview questions are not related to technical knowledge because it is about the scholarship funded by KiwiPlan.

Interview
first face to face interview in the morning with team lead and development manager, then had lunch with some team members, in the afternoon, had one coding test (write a some string manipulation function on the paper with unit tests etc) and a design exercise, given the scenario, to design the object graph and database.
