I applied online. I interviewed at Kiwanis (Indianapolis, IN) in Apr 2021
Interview
Application had 15+ generic short answer questions. Seemed as though someone downloaded "Top Interview Questions" and added them to the application. There were a total of 3 interviews. After interview 2, I was emailed an "assignment" at around 1pm and asked to return it by 8am the next day. There was no mention of this during the interview. Interview 3 was in person. Staff seemed nice, but process seemed very old fashioned. No thought given to why I would want to work there, just why they would want to hire me. After 3rd interview, they contacted 6 references they requested and asked them to have a virtual meeting. It is ridiculous to ask this of someone references, particularly someone you aren't planning to hire. After all this did not receive an offer, or even a phone call. Just a curt email informing me they went with someone else.

Question 1
Interview questions were standard but process was time consuming.
