Kitsap County interview questions

Online application followed by a group interview. People were friendly but it seemed clicky and that fitting in was very important. I’ve interviewed for other Kitsap Departments and not felt it so it’s not county wide vibe.

Efficient, well explained, thorough, 3 people take turns asking questions and score as you go. They give a chance to ask questions at the end. They explain the process up front. It was professional.
