Brief intro presentation with two of the main directors and someone finishing their grad scheme. Standard group task (stranded on an island, which items do you take with you. Lunch, site tour, followed by interviews rotating around 5 managers asking various questions. No real structure to interviews, but more left to interviewer's discretion.
