Initial interview with HR, then additional second interview when they narrowed down the candidates. Second interview also consisted of an test of knowledge of soldering and electronics concepts. There was quite a long length between the second interview and when I finally received an offer.

initial pass was with 1 person from HR and the direct manager of the job. it was pretty typical. They held a phone/teleconference meeting first. they spend more time talking about their relationships with Europe and who is living in US from overseas. that seems to change pretty regularly i guess.
