Kishwaukee Community Hospital interview questions

The initial interview is with the director of surgical services. Then there is a second interview, the peer interview. The staff is very open and welcoming during this process. My peer interview was done in a small office, with about 5 of the staff members, so it made me very nervous but I was reassured that I was going to be just fine. Was told I was there because they liked me (due to the preliminary interview)

Phone call, phone interview, shadowing, references, & offer. The process was very vague and no one provided a time line or knowledge of expected steps in the process. I had to ask for information and the charge nurse did not know I was shadowing that day and neither did the nurses on staff. I walked into a very unprofessional environment.
