First Round: Fairly simple, behavioral questions about the firm, personal experience, and background Second Round: More technical and behavioral focused, got to meet members of the team and senior managers as well

Why Kish? What is your preferred office location? Walk me through your resume and past work experience. How does your profile and past experience fit with the firm?
Casual two person interview, non-technical questions. The questions focused on customer relations and personal integrity. They want to see if you are a "good person" as they will work best in customer service roles.
Had a phone screening interview before they asked me to meet in person. The in person interview was somewhat intimidating as I was interviewed by potential co-workers, not just management.
