Friendly over the phone interview. Asked fairly standard questions such as previous experiences in pressure situations dealing with customer complaints. Also asked about understanding of safeguarding as this is a concern for lifeguards

Informal panel interview with 3 people. The process also included a task involving answering a sheet of competency questions about why I was suitable for the role and how I wanted to progress in the company. It was fairly basic and straightforward.
